Shipping policy

At Buddy Beauty Works, we are committed to delivering our premium beauty products safely, efficiently, and responsibly.

This Shipping Policy explains how and where we ship, estimated delivery times, and the steps to follow in case of any delivery-related issues. It applies to all orders placed through www.buddybeautyworks.com, including both one-time purchases and subscription shipments.

 

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to the contiguous United States only, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories.

P.O. Boxes:
If your order is fulfilled through
Amazon Fulfillment Services, deliveries to P.O. Boxes may be possible via USPS. However, we strongly recommend providing a physical street address to ensure faster delivery and accurate tracking. Please note that FedEx and DHL cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

International Shipping:
Buddy Beauty Works LLC does not currently offer international shipping through its website. For custom orders, collaborations, or wholesale inquiries outside the U.S., please contact us at:

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Buddy Beauty Works ships exclusively within the contiguous United States using Amazon Fulfillment Services, FedEx, or DHL, depending on product availability, order volume, and destination.

All orders are processed and shipped from our authorized fulfillment centers to ensure safe handling and timely delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the selected carrier, but most standard orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days after processing.

2.1 Standard Shipping

  • Estimated Delivery: 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.

  • Processing Time: 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Operating Days: Monday through Friday (no shipments on weekends or U.S. public holidays).

  • Shipping Cost:

  • $9.99 flat rate for orders under $80 USD.

  • Free standard shipping for orders of $80 USD or more.

2.2 Fast Shipping (2-Day Shipping)

  • Estimated Delivery: Within 2 business days after order processing.

  • Processing Cut-Off: Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST are processed the same business day; orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.

  • Availability: Available only for physical street addresses within the contiguous United States. This option is not available for P.O. Boxes, subscription renewals, or promotional/free kit offers.

  • Shipping Cost:

  • $15.99 for orders under $55 USD.

  • $9.99 for orders between $55 and $119.99 USD.

  • Free 2-Day Shipping for orders of $120 USD or more.

 

3. Shipping Costs

  • Flat Rate Shipping: A $9.99 flat shipping fee applies to all orders under $80 USD.

  • Free Shipping: Orders of $80 USD or more (before taxes and discounts) qualify for free standard shipping.

Please Note:
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. For more details, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

 

4. Order Tracking & Delivery Issues

  • Tracking Information:
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details. You can use this information to monitor your shipment’s progress directly through the carrier’s website.

  • Lost or Missing Packages:
    If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please contact us at

    We will coordinate with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine the best possible resolution.

  • Incorrect Address:
    If a delivery fails due to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for any additional reshipping fees or rerouting costs incurred.

 

5. Subscription Shipments

For subscription-based orders, shipping is managed under the same conditions as our standard shipping policy:

  • Monthly shipments are processed and delivered using the same carriers and estimated delivery timeframes as standard purchases.

  • Customers are responsible for updating their delivery address before their next scheduled renewal date.
    Changes made
    after an order has been shipped cannot be applied retroactively or redirected once the package is in transit.
